GEO Angel Brown Circle Lens review
Hiii everyone! It's me again! (No duh!) =P As promised, I will be reviewing GEO's Angel Brown Circle Lens.
So I have my lenses on for 6 hours now. I didn't had any problem putting them on, however I could feel the lens in my right eyes after putting it. It was really uncomfortable so I took it out and cleaned it because I thought there were some things on it. I checked if it's was on the wrong side but it wasn't. I insert it again and I could feel it but since I was in rush, I ran out the door with my drops and put them at the bus stop (LOL!) It turned out to be ok afterwards but then it just burned and I couldn't open my right eyes! It felt like it was rubbing against my upper lid so I just closed my eyes and rubbed on lid in order to attempt to move the lens. When I look down, it was okay but once I look straight or up, it would just be very uncomfortable. When I came home (like not even an hour after) I cleaned again my right lens and everything was ok after. However I still felt that it was rubbing against my upper lid but I could bear with it. After a few hours, I couldn't feel it anymore (except when I'm in front of the computer, maybe because I don't blink as much resulting drier eyes). It's weird that it was only on the right eyes. Anyways here's some pictures =)

They are not as opaque as I expected but they do enlarge my eyes. I'll definitely give them another chance because I like the effect that it gives my eyes. I'll update you guys with my second try for these lenses. I mean if the left eyes was okay, why wouldn't it be the same for the right one?
I bought them on MyCandyEyes.com for 20$
Thanks for reading! =)
I have these & they're my fav pair of circle lenses out of all the ones I own! THey are actually the most comfortable for me too lol. Sorry to hear yours were uncomfortable! But they are really cute :3

Oh wow, sounds like my bad days with lenses. :( I've never tried circle lenses before. I'm kinda scared to buy them cuz I don't wanna spend $20 on lenses that might end up hurting for me. :S They look great on you though!
ReplyDeletei love your eyes <3
ReplyDeleteWow I love that last photo! These are really pretty lens.. for sure now I REALLY want to get some Angel lens!
ReplyDeleteAnd when I said I was inspired by you.. I meant that I was thinking of showing you the dif between Strawberry Milk and Heiress :) Heh I guess inspired is the wrong word? lol.
Ooooh they are gorgeous on you!!! I like how they do enlarge the eyes but it isn't so noticeable and more natural!
ReplyDeletedid you soak them in new solution for 8 hours before wearing them? this is because they kinda sting your eyes due to the liquid thing in the original bottles. hehe.. my friend burnt his eyes since he didn't listen to me. lol! but the circle lenses looks great on you! I have the ones in green last year and they were lovely. ;)
ReplyDeleteSo many posts on circle lenses!! I want a pair now. I haven't found THE pair yet that I can't resist buying. I have astigmatism so I'm scared that I wouldn't be able to wear them. =/
ReplyDeleteI still need to talk to my optometrist. Hopefully he gives me the ok. I really want to try GEO Angel lenses. Sucks that it burned when you put them in though. Maybe they need to be soaked in the solution you use for a bit. Your eyes might have just not been use to the solution in the bottles.
<3s Serena.
@May@Rad: Yes I did! :) I thought that maybe it was the liquid I soaked them in so I changed for the one that I use for my regular lenses and I hope that it will be okaay *crossfingers*
ReplyDelete@Serena: I know eh? xD Hope your optometristgives you the green light for circle lenses! However, I don't wear them daily because they are not as comfortable as my regular ones :)
