Let's get NAKED..2! Quick swatch and impressions

Hello guys!
Long time no see eh? So today I have a very overdue post for you guys! About a month ago, I finally decided to use the Sephora gift card I got for christmas. I wanted to save it up for something that I know for sure that I'll be using A LOT and not just a few times. I'm trying to limit my makeup stash too because there are way too much stuff that is left unloved and I feel bad :(

You can't go wrong with a neutral eyeshadow palette right? ;) UD NAKED 2 PALETTEE FTW!!

Personally, I prefer the 2nd version over the "original" one. I find it more wearable because of it's taupe/brown shades compared to the first one, which had more bronze/coppery colors. It seems to have less fall outs than the 1st version too. My favorites from the Naked 2 palette are Pistol and Verve ^_^ Here's some quick swatches :
The only color not showed in the swatch is Foxy because it didn't show on my skin because it's almost the same skintone LOL No primer has been used here.

Unfortunately, I sold the original Naked palette before I got my hands on the Naked 2, thus no comparison pictures :( However, you can always visit Temptalia.com to see the comparisons and color description :) I always prime my eyes before applying any shadows, so I can't tell you if it creases or not without primer. For me, it doesn't budge and the texture of the shadows are buttery smooth! =P The package is much more travel friendly and doesn't pick up dust like it's big brother hehe.

I know that you guys must have read so much reviews and seen so much swatches, but I still wanted to add my little grain of salt AND a reader requested some swatches (sorry for the delayy!! >_<)

I hope you guys still enjoyed!
Have a great week!
Love,
-S

  9. Congrats on getting the palette! I have the original but I think I'm going to pass on this one. I like how these aren't as shimmery as the original palette, but the colors aren't different enough for me to warrant a purchase :(

beautiful swatches!! Looking forward to seeing the looks you create for this palette. I recently bought a 88colour neutral palette so I guess I wont get this palette after all. I'm quite happy with the first one :D
